Hundreds of Dortmund fans had camped out for two days in the front of the team offices hoping to snare some of the past remaining tickets for the eagerly anticipated battle between two of Europe's most eye-catching factors. The regional Ruhr Nachrichten magazine says fighting broke out at many locations when suspected ticket scalpers sent their very own visitors to try to jump the queues. 'We underestimated the run using the tickets,' team CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke said in a statement. 'We will draw our lessons and will not have a free of charge purchase similar to this again.' With around 80,000 spectators per sport, Dortmund have the second best average attendance in Europe behind Barcelona. Their ground capacity, however, is paid down for European suits that do not allow for standing places, unlike the Bundesliga.
