Antonio Conte has made several changes to his lineup from the first leg, while Javi Martinez and Arjen Robben return to the starting lineup for Bayern.
Antonio Conte has decided to make a couple of changes as his side attempts to overturn Bayern's 2-0 lead from the first leg. Both wingbacks have been switched with Simone Padoin and Kwadwo Asamoah taking over in place of Federico Peluso and the suspended Stephan Lichtsteiner. Paul Pogba gets a start was well in place of the suspended Arturo Vidal. Mirko Vucinic replaces Alessandro Matri up top.
With Toni Kroos lost for the rest of the season, Jupp Heynckes has shifted Thomas Müller inside and hands Arjen Robben a start on the wing. Javi Martinez is back after his suspension and will rejoin Bastian Schweinsteiger in the midfield. There are no other changes from the lineup used in the first leg.
