That 2013 Players Championship – Storylines?

The case some dub as a 5th major is with us this week so that as the days lead in place, the biggest story looks Vijay Singh vs a PGA Tour. While marriage ceremony the place for all the info, today Singh filed case against the tour this some are calling absurd.

Moving past that, play begins tomorrow and an event that is usually ready with story lines seems some off this week. Defending champion Matt Kuchar can be teeing it up with the early rounds with fellow Bridgestone employee Brandt Snedeker, along with world number one Tiger Woods in this marquis matchup. Is the prevailing story this week, Tiger Woods taking on the course that has given him fits in past times?

Woods has just using 80 victories in your partner's career, but his wins have fallen at only 25 happenings. With eight wins for both Torrey Pines in addition to Bay Hill and over part of his entire total coming at events that he has won multiple moments. One that stands out here is the course this week, that Tiger has won just a single time and has but a lone top ten since 2001. Is this the main story of the match?

Could another rolling story as the continuing struggles of Rory McIlroy? To get fair, struggles may not function as a best term to illustrate his play in 2013, but alternatively not evolving from the prior year. Will he grab the wheels back on the tracks and make a run? Will viewers find the same kind of movie star studded leader board containing graced much of your 2013 season?
