Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has got confirmed that Rafael Benitez is on the verge of becoming that club's new manager.
Consistent with reports in the Italian media, De Laurentiis instructed reporters, "I've given other people a birthday gift, I've ok'd Benitez. I'll make it official yearly few days as Benitez needs to end things with Chelsea. He'll have got a two-year contract, no extended. We need to get acquainted with each other first, after that we'll see. "
Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez is currently in the country as Chelsea prepare for a match tomorrow against Stansted City at Yankee Stadium. Benitez's contract at Chelsea is determined to expire next week.
